Excited about Bottletree's Holiday Craft Bazaar

I am excited about going to the craft show this weekend! My mom is selling at it. She sold there last year also. It's in Birmingham. What makes me the most excited is that it won't be an old lady kind of craft fair (no offense, yet you know how that can be - like my first craft show experience!!!). My mom and others said it was a good one to shop at! I am definitely bringing money! I would like to do some Christmas shopping - and shopping for me too. ;)

If anyone stumbles upon this who lives in the Birmingham, Alabama area and would like to buy handmade items, you should check it out! The vendors are all spread out in various shops and there will be a free shuttle for shoppers to take around from one area to another!

Locations:

Standard Creative (41st Street,)
The Brown & Green Building (41st Street),
Beloved Community Church (41st Street),
The Lake Building (41st Street),
Bottletree Cafe, Silvertron Cafe (Forest Park),
Naked Art (Forest Park), Zoe's (Forest Park)
3719 3rd Avenue South, among other places
Birmingham, AL

Friday 5pm to 9pm
Saturday 10am to 4pm
Sunday 11am to 4pm

We aren't going tonight, but tomorrow and Sunday my mom will be set up selling her hats, scarves, pins, etc in The Beloved Community Church location. My mom offered to let me sell things at her table too. But I would rather her focus on selling her things first. I will bring some of my own stuff for maybe setting up after she sells lots, which I know she will!

We will be taking pictures and will post about how things went! Wish my mom lots of sales! :D

You're right...it's not an "old lady craft fair", and I know exactly what you mean by that. I'm over at the Lake Building this year. There are so many talented artists participating!
