The weather keeps changing it's mind about how it's going to be in Gatlinburg, TN so I will just pack on Friday probably. We leave Saturday morning.
I think I am going to bake some brownies to take for all of us to snack on in the cabin. I might use the recipe on the side of the cocoa powder box I have. You can see it here: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/chewy-cocoa-brownies/. If they turn out delicious, I will have to pin them!
